Impossible d' ouvrir Incredimail

27/02-2007 à 21:32Bonsoir! Je n' arrive plus à ouvrir Incredimail, depuis que j' ai fait une mise à jour à la fois d' Inc. et d' Internet Explorer. J' ai procédé à des restaurations système, rien n' y fait. Si qqun pouvait me guider, je lui en serai très reconnaissant.

28/02-2007 à 10:00Merci pour votre réponse. J' ai fait ce que vous me conseillez, sans succès. A chaque redémarrage, le processus d' installation redémarre spontanément, sans commande. J' ai effectivement désinstallé IM et mis Outlook Express par défaut.
