Trade unionism of the teachers of the public sector in Gabon, 1990 to our days - Contribution to the base of a sociology of the capacity in Gabon



The labor-union movement of the teachers of the public sector in Gabon, since 1990, is the object of this study.
The explicit question raised here is summarized with the decoding of the sociological direction which this fight takes. Two principal axes of reflexion make it possible to objectively determine the development of this social movement. There is initially the operating mode of the State-employer; and consequently, questions related at the same time on the strategies of reproduction of the social order that it established since 1968 and to the permanence of the politico-administrative leading elite of the country. The second axis of reflexion relates to the internal operating mode of the trade-union structures of the teachers themselves. Here, the questions of conformism and the deviance compared to the collectively laid down objectives arise, and of the behavior of the trade-union representatives who do not cease wanting to benefit from the generalization of the corruption while the majority of the teaching body is driven back more and more in social and professional precariousness. From where the structuring of a social conflict whose reading is organized, without being unaware of to draw from the other theoretical contributions, around a central concept of the paradigm Marxist: the conflict of the classes.
Finally, the study shows that the trade-union answer of the teachers to the crisis of education to Gabon fits simultaneously in an apparent dynamics of fight supporter of corporatism and a subjacent and major dynamics of social change in progress.
Thus, the trade unionism of the teachers in Gabon is especially the expression of an antagonistic conflict of class.

A titre indicatif, toutefois les tarifs usuels de traduction anglais/français sont de 19 à 25 euros la page standard de 1500 signes pour une traduction littéraire ouvrant droit à rémunération à droits d'auteur sur ventes ou diffusion (droits de 0,5 à 8 pour cent selon tirage ou modalités - poche, édition première, réédition, droits annexe, ouvrage du domaine public ou non)

et de 100 à 150 euros le feuillet de 1500 signes pour un texte technique ou scientifique (ou un article de presse) rémunéré au forfait.

Ces tarifs s'entendent brut, hors prélèvement agessa et csg/crds

Enfin, statutairement, je demande mes règlements en droits d'auteur (assimilés à des salaires) et non en honoraires.
