My printer often shows that it cannot connect to the network, but the network is fine. Do I need to replace the printer? I am planning to DIY a 3D printer recently and just bought a Stepper motors.

Hi,
The printer must be configured often manually via its dashboard as follows:
- the name of the network named SSID
- a FIXED IP by example 192.168.0.250
- the subnet mask by example 255.255.255.0
- the password
is this really the case ?
maybe the printer automatically returns to factory settings which does not allow it to enter your network

or if you define the allocation of the IP via DHCP it risks receiving a different one each time and your devices no longer detect it, the IP must be FIXED
